Preheat the oven to 350 F. Remove Brined Turkey roast from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour. In the b ottom of the roasting pan pour 1-2 cups of stock, water or white wine. Place brined turkey roast on wire rack in the roasting pan, or create a rack by placing brined turkey roast on a bed of coarsely chopped root vegetables. Cover tightly with foil and bake for approximately 1-2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove the brined turkey roast from the oven and uncover. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Place Holiday sides in an oven-safe dish and
heat at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min or until
internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Keep cold side dishes refrigerated until time to serve.
